No. Snagga is built offline-first. Capture and edit snags anywhere on site, and everything syncs automatically when you regain signal or Wi-Fi.
Yes. The Snagga app is free to download — trades use it to receive and close out snags at no cost. To create and run your own projects it's a one-off £10 (Snagga Projects), and Snagga Management adds programme and cost tracking for £10/month with a 2-week free trial.
Snagga runs on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. Reports can be opened on any device with a PDF viewer.
Absolutely. Upload your company logo and the exported PDF reports are automatically branded with it, ready to send to clients or building control.
Yes — and it stays yours. Your snags, photos and projects live on your device and, if you sync, in your own cloud storage. We don't harvest your data, track you, or hold your content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
