From walk-round to sign-off in four steps

Set up the site
Create a project, add plots or zones and upload floor plans. Optionally attach a checklist so every room is snagged to a set plan. No accounts to create and nobody to invite.

Walk and capture
Follow your optional checklist or free-snag as you go, with photos, notes and a pin on the plan. Working to a set plan means nothing gets missed and saves time on every walk-round — and it all works with no connection.

Assign and track
Push each snag to the responsible trade with a deadline and watch progress on the live dashboard.

Report and close
Verify the fix, mark it closed and export a branded report for the client or building control.

Not for the work itself. Creating snag lists, recording fixes, adding photos and editing all happen on your device, anywhere on site — no signal needed. A connection is only required to move data: backing up to your own cloud (Google Drive or OneDrive) and sending or receiving snag packages. Do that whenever you're back online.
Yes. When we launch, the Snagga app is free to download and the people doing the work never pay — they get a link, complete their snags and send them back at no cost. Only the manager running the project subscribes: Snagga Projects is £20/year (with a 2-week free trial), and Snagga Management adds programme and cost tracking for £10/month (also with a 2-week free trial).
Snagga runs on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, plus a Windows desktop app.
Yes. Add your company logo to create branded reports, or use your own custom cover sheets — ready to send to clients or building control.
Yes — and it stays yours. Your snags, photos and projects live on your device and, if you back up, in your own cloud storage. We don't harvest your data, track you or sell anything. When you send work to someone, it is encrypted on your device before it leaves — we only ever hold scrambled data we cannot read, and it is deleted once collected.
